Shipping and returns

We ship worldwide!

To the most countries we ship with UPS, but we also use Post Austria for several regions.

In the shopping basket you can check the applicable fixed rate shipping costs to your country (in your chosen currency) or in the table below in Euros. For most European countries we offer free shipping for certain order values and up.

For example, to the UK shipping is free for orders above 200 Euros, below this order amount we charge 13 Euros.

Returns
If you do not like the product you ordered, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt, stating your order number. Send us a short message that you are returning your product (statement of reasons is desirable, but not necessary). We will refund your purchase price and shipping costs paid (or partially if you keep part of the order) after receiving your return. The buyer bears the costs of return shipment.
